After taking over as MD it became clear to me that the senior team was operating in their departmental silos and I wanted to change this so we became one team with a clear focus on improving the business. Therefore we engaged Haywood Mann to help design and deliver a programme for the whole of the senior team with this aim.
The Haywood Mann Diagnostics were an important contributor to the success of the programme. They provided a framework that helped us all understand the key components of a high performing team, it gave us ways to improve the relationships between team members and measures to show the progress made. This approach helped the team develop much faster than would have happened naturally and 6 months after the programme the performance of the team continues to improve as each member continues to practice what they learnt.
